REVIEW
Put two beautiful people in one movie, make them fall in love, and have war as a background theme, and you get a Nicholas Sparks story.
I could comment about pacing, character development, or simply about how absurd the premise of the film is, but let’s be honest, no one watches a film like this too look out for those things. People watch films like this to escape reality for a bit. This film managed to half do that to me.
The Lucky One has a pretty obvious target audience, and I believe that audience would enjoy the film.
